Shipping policy

HospoRent delivers and collects rental equipment across Metro Melbourne. Here's what to expect.

🚚 Delivery & Collection

  • Flat rate of $179 covers both delivery and collection for Metro Melbourne addresses.
  • This fee applies regardless of your rental term length (FlexRent or ValueRent).
  • We'll confirm a delivery window with you once your rental is booked.

📍 Delivery Area

HospoRent currently delivers within Metro Melbourne. If your site is outside this area, contact our support team — we assess outer-metro and regional delivery on a case-by-case basis and may apply an additional fee.

📦 Delivery Day

  • Please ensure clear access to the installation site (stairs, doorways, lifts) — let us know in advance if there are access restrictions.
  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for the equipment.
  • Our team will conduct a brief condition check with you at delivery — please review it together before they leave.

↩️ Collection at End of Term

  • Collection is scheduled at the end of your rental term (or upon early cancellation, per our Return and Cancellation Policy).
  • Please ensure equipment is accessible and reasonably clean at the scheduled collection time.
  • A condition check is conducted at collection to assess for damage beyond fair wear and tear.
