1️⃣ Choose Your Equipment & Submit a Request

Browse our website and select the equipment that suits your venue.

  • Choose your preferred model (for example, single or double door fridge)

  • Select your rental dates

  • Submit your request online

At this stage, no payment is taken. You’re simply reserving your preferred equipment and dates.

 

 

2️⃣ We Check Availability & Confirm Details

Our team manually reviews every request.

We:

  • Check equipment availability

  • Review your requested dates

  • Confirm delivery logistics

  • Contact you to finalise the details

If your exact item isn’t available, we’ll suggest a suitable alternative.

Once everything is confirmed and you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send through the booking confirmation and bond invoice.

The bond includes:

  • Delivery & collection

  • One month’s equivalent rent

 

 

3️⃣ Secure Your Booking & Delivery

After bond payment is received, your booking is secured.

On the agreed date, our team will:

  • Deliver the equipment to your address

  • Position it correctly

  • Connect it to power

  • Provide a clear one-on-one explanation on how to use it
