Are there any upfront costs?
Yes — a bond equal to 4 weeks rent is required before delivery, along with the delivery fee. The bond is fully refunded at the end of your agreement once the equipment is returned in good condition.
What happens if the equipment breaks down?
Contact us straight away and we'll sort it out. All equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the full duration of your hire or rental agreement — if it's a warranty fault, repair or replacement is at no cost to you.
Is it better to hire or buy commercial kitchen equipment?
