At HospoRent, everything is priced by the week — but the longer you rent, the less you pay. No hidden fees, no nasty surprises — just a straightforward rate that turns a capital expense into a predictable operating cost.

Rental Plans
We offer two rental plans to suit different needs — FlexRent for shorter terms, and ValueRent for operators who want the lowest possible weekly rate over the long haul.
FlexRent — 1 week to 11 months
Hire by the week, month, or quarter. The longer your FlexRent period, the lower your weekly rate. No lock-in beyond your agreed term — ideal for new venues getting started, seasonal operators, pop-ups, or businesses bridging a gap while permanent equipment is sourced.

ValueRent — 12 to 24 months
Our lowest weekly rate, designed for established hospitality businesses running ongoing kitchen operations. Commit to 12 or 24 months and get the best possible rate — simple, predictable, and easy to budget around.
All pricing is confirmed in writing on your rental agreement before anything proceeds.
What's Included
Every rental includes:
- Weekly or Monthly rental rate billed by direct debit
- Manufacturer's warranty for the full duration of your rental
- Access to our support team if something goes wrong
What's Not Included
- Bond — equal to 4 weeks rent, held as security and refunded at end of rental once equipment is inspected
- Cleaning fee — applies if equipment is returned in poor condition
Delivery & Collection
Delivery to Metro Melbourne is a flat $189.
Collection at the end of your rental is also $189, and is charged upfront at the start of your rental so there's nothing left to pay when we come to collect. You have the option to nominate the collection fee to be deducted from your bond instead of paying upfront!
Smaller items such as underbench dishwashers attract a reduced rate of $99 each way.
Delivery and collection fees can be waived depending on your rental period:
- 3 month rental or longer — collection fee waived
- 6 month rental or longer — both delivery and collection fees waived entirely
