Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum hire period for a commercial fridge?
FlexRent starts from just one week — ideal for events, pop-ups, or short-term needs. If you want a lower weekly rate, ValueRent is available from 12 months.
Do you deliver and position the fridge?
Yes. Standard delivery includes positioning the fridge in its final location, provided there's a flat, unobstructed path from the delivery vehicle. It doesn't include stairs or tight access — contact us before booking if your site has any challenges.
What power supply do commercial fridges need?
Most of our fridges run on a standard 10amp household outlet. Specific power requirements are listed on each product page — check before delivery.
Can I hire a fridge if I'm just starting out?
Yes. We assess all applications as part of our standard onboarding process. A short trading history doesn't automatically disqualify you — contact us and we'll work through your situation.
Who is responsible if the fridge is damaged?
Fair wear and tear is expected. Damage beyond that is on you as the hirer or renter — repair or replacement costs will come out of your bond or be invoiced separately. Keep it clean and maintained and you'll have no issues.
